Parliament returns today from recess. On duty this week in the House of Lords are the Bishop of Leeds (Mon/Tues) and the Bishop of Sheffield Pete Wilcox (Wed-Fri). They will be reading prayers at the start of each sitting day and taking part in the business of the House.
