We have had lots of stunning game on the menu over the past few weeks, from the ever elusive Grouse (been hard to get hold of) to pigeon and Red Deer, perfect with plentiful wild mushrooms and brambles both foraged a stones throw from Glasgow. #autmn #menu #glasgow .

XL Scallop hand dived on the west coast, spiced red lentil, shallots, coriander. We are undoubtedly spoiled for stunning ingredients here in Scotland, these Scallops have been incredible and when they are this good they are definitely going on the menu. #Glasgow #finedining
