There were always concerns Guernsey's weird experiment with a tiny, stand-alone, 6th form college would limit options. Seems like that's happening even sooner than expected. No IB or Drama A-level next year. 6th provision as part of an 11-18 offering is much more efficient.

A parting gift from politics. I go away with my step-daughter and grandsons for a few days following a major bereavement. Get home to find some miscreant has slashed the tyres on my motorbike, my e-bike, and my eldest grandson's car which was parked in my drive. All a bit sad.

Yesterday saw the 6th Mrs P memorial trip to Sark. There were many great moments but I think my favourite was swimming into the Victor Hugo cave. Luckily the giant octopus didn't get us and we all came out again. Thanks to all who made it special.
