Taking away from todays 10hr shift in an overburdened ED: My Major Trauma Centre team are fantastic and display resilience and adaptability with every challenge thrown at them. The same goes for our North East Ambulance Service colleagues. A sublime effort in the face of a thoroughly broken system.
