Pharmacists agree there is a problem. Patients agree there is a problem. Yet PBMs continue to turn a blind eye, raking in profits while people struggle. We can't begin to address this problem until PBMs wake up and come to the table.

The top 3 PBMs - CVS, OptumRx, and Express Scripts - are making hundreds of billions of dollars by acting as monopolistic middlemen who jack up your drug costs & limit your access to more affordable meds. I asked their CEOs how much they were making in profit:

Insurance requires a DAW 9 for Farxiga since they don’t want to cover the must less expensive generic. Re-processed with DAW 9 and they still want to pay $310 UNDER COST Last month insurance paid $552, now paying $254. Guess I won’t be filling this one.
