It’s hard when a birthday party triggers memories of trauma. 4 years ago, I had my beautiful baby girl during the pandemic. Both very unwell, for 10 days we weren’t allowed visitors. For 6 months, I looked after her entirely on my own. She turns 4 tomorrow. I’m a proud mamma ❤️
