Something I’m hoping for to be fixed for Anthology 1 is to have the ORIGINAL version of Ain’t She Sweet - without the overdubs from Bernard Purdie. For some reason they used a 1964 version that was released by ACTO, with extra drums that were overdubbed on top of Pete Best’s

3 songs from the Beatles Bootleg Recordings 1963 made it to Anthology 4… Bad To Me was left behind for this release🥲 I hope one day it will make the leap from Apple Music exclusivity

My only issue with the new Anthology set is that they seemed to have left out one of the most important Beatles recordings ever, Paul brushes his teeth. Only shown once to the public by Weird Al

Listening to the new Anthology 1. Absolutely floored by the new In Spite Of All The Danger and That’ll Be The Day. Feels crazy to hear new instruments that were always there in songs I’ve heard hundreds of times. I have… opinions on the home demos + decca… won’t share them yet
