Finished reading, 'Sedated: How Modern Capitalism Created our Mental Health Crisis' by Dr James Davies (PhD) 💭. It is without a doubt the best book I've read about public health. I can't recommend it enough.

Yet another systematic review showing that around 1/2 of antidepressant users will experience withdrawal... The recent Henssler review (showing only 15%), is the outlier, because it mostly focused in short-term, drug company studies & included highly biased chart reviews.
