This needs to be more widely understood. The whole idea that measures to limit the dominance and harms of cars are to the detriment of less affluent people is nonsense. Fact: Poorer people more likely to be harmed by cars and less likely to drive them!

But the report actually shows that the association between obesity rates and productivity (or worklessness) is weak at local authority level, and does not even attempt to show that obesity reduces productivity/employment (rather than the other way round).
