10/ Don't: Act as a sub-editor for the reviewers' discussion; take an active part - you're on senior PC because of your experience

11/ Don't: Ask reviewers to re-state why they liked/dis-liked a paper - they already did this in their review

12/ Don’t: Agree to be on Senior PC if you aren't prepared to contribute at least as much as reviewers
