Great to get our Nottingham Trent University - playtheirway coach development pilot up & running last night through NTU Department of Sport Science. 12 of our 14 child-first coaches in attendance, a nice communal atmosphere, stacks of pizza & actions on #voicechoicejourney. Great to have David Ross of NTU Rugby Union & Nottingham Rugby in last week to NTU Department of Sport Science to talk about his coaching, use of an empowering approach & how coaches can embed elements of psychology into their practice ๐๐

A fantastic effort from our Nottingham Trent University NTU Department of Sport Science 1st year Sport Science & Coaching students planning & leading a successful School Sport Festival with 220 children yesterday - with School Sport Nottingham. Lots of activity & smiles all round. One of those ๐days!
