GPs LEAVING If you think it’s a problem to see a GP, it’s going to get worse & those leaving are getting younger This is an emergency but no one seems to care 1.3m appts/day are done in GP - who will do them when there are no GPs

Patient had thorough tel consult today-typical urti symptoms. Thorough consult/explanation/safety netting. Patient unhappy as no abx. Demanded 2nd opinion. Another tel consult 30 mins later (diff GP).Offered F2F and then DNA’s same day! Unbelievable waste of resources.

If you are a GP surgery and you haven't capped, why not? I mean literally why not? Protect your teams. Reduce your costs. No saviour is coming. Cap Cap Cap Cap!

Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month. The day after she passed away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey. She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to heaven, God would recognize her. I told her that

“GPs in training pushed towards part-time work by burnout fears” 5 or 6 clinical sessions, with associated admin, continued professional development & essential meetings works out at more than 37.5 hours a week, so can’t be considered part time. thetimes.co.uk/article/251a95…

Lazy GPs Providing 4million more appts a month 2 million more within the day And The Times and The Sunday Times decides GPs and the 28 day prebooked appointments are the ones to highlight Rather than the issues everywhere else Shaun Lintern

This pair of absolute thugs berating, bullying & humiliating Zelensky because he won’t roll over for a dictator whose forces have invaded his country, raped & murdered his people, bombed hospitals, killed children & filled mass graves in the forests. What a vile pair they are.

Having watched that today, I can only say one thing: Let’s all get behind Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський 💯 ✊🏻 People whose countries haven’t recently experienced the trauma of invasion should not bully nor lecture those who have. Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦
