Hi Chessgames.com Is it true you added a wide IP ban that includes, amongst other servers, the lichess.org servers? Importing games from chessgames by URL stopped working. ☹️ As a premium user of yours and patron of lichess for many years, I find this utterly disappointing.

In every case where I was “forced” to cut quality for speed it was because I offered that choice to a non-technical boss. And in every case I delivered late. The only way to go fast is to go well.

One of the most difficult fallacies to overcome in chess thinking is the preference of statics (material, poor pawn structure) over dynamics (open lines, initiative). It’s like preferring more money over amazing experiences. The true art is knowing when one supersedes the other.

Hey, Chess.com when I play duck chess 1+5 and there's a server restart it takes ~2 min to get back to the game. So... "30 seconds have been added to your clocks" is funny because at that point one of the players already flagged. How about a 10 min warning before restarting?
