Thieves in Kneehill County! Yesterday July 12/23, I had a 2005 white International tandem flat deck water truck stolen from a locked quonset. It had a 3400 gallon black loaf tank and a Totalizer chem handler mounted at the rear. Unfortunately I don't have a picture.
