My Favourite Bench A nice breezy (no midges!) walk up by the Lussa River through the Ardura Community Forest. Some great places to sit and ponder! Recently installed benches

The last light of the day on Ben More . A view I’ve been privileged to see almost every day for many years and never looks the same 2 days in a row.

Mull and Iona are open and easy to get to - via Lochaline!
With reduced capacity on the Oban - Craignure ferry through until May 10th, the best choice for getting on or off Mull is via the frequent, high-capacity, super-reliable, quick and cheap Lochaline to Fishnish ferry.

Pennygate stones - these stones were raised as part of a toll gate. Originally they stood on either side of the road to the pier & a ‘penny’ would be extracted from anyone wishing to pass through & onto Mull

Passing Staffa today just as this rainbow formed above the island. A big swell and waves breaking over the walkway made for a spectacular sight
