Possibly the highlight of the grow your own year for me; the first ripe melons. These are 'Alvaro' AGM and 'Mangomel'. The whole point of growing your own food is the stark difference in flavour vs shop bought and no other crop is more pronounced than this one 🍈🍈😋😋😋
