I found out today i could claim for a mobility scooter, has anyone on UC or pip applied for a mobility scooter? I feel like it would really help me get out more if my insides aren’t constantly screaming in pain…

One thing i will never understand is how people say “genuinely disabled” Cos what do you meeaaan? What defines genuine disability? My whole body is shutting down. Cant turn my head left, right, up or down. My spine breaks itself and now my legs dont work. Am i disabled enough? 🫠

Disabled people shouldnt have to just “survive” we should be able to have some sort of life without people complaining about what we should or shouldnt be entitled to..

My hips arent working, i find it very difficult to sit up because of the pain, but i’m at a point where i’m like whats the point calling the doctors and being like “oh doc another body part stopped working” 🙃 because theyll just give me more pain killers that make me groggy 😓

How does one stand without sitting up first? Asking for myself because my hips dont work today… im home alone and i, well.. i cant get up…

I wonder how many of the knob ends who cant stand disabled people claiming motability will be pissed off if i claim a mobility scooter on motability.. will they tell me i need a rusty run down one and not a new one too? Or do they only care when someone gets help with a car 🤔

My dads wife has dementia, ive not had a relationship with either of them for a very long time. She no longer knows my sister(who still sees them) she attacked her this weekend.. she’s just attacked my dad and he prob needs stitches. The whole thing is so hearbreaking 😔

At the hospital twice tomorrow. 2 seperate appointments for 2 of my conditions. Ive had a very painful week and i cannot get comfy. Tonight is gonna be rough :(

On the way to hospital appointment number 2 of the day 🫠 They better not take more blood… but theyre going to.. my poor arms look like an arts and crafts gone wrong & my arm/shoulder nerve pain is still horrific, it feels like my arms gonna fall off 😓

I was physically attacked by my sisters abusive husband this week… For defending my 17 year old niece who he has bullied basically her whole life. This man drew blood, then cried to his wife that i was unfair on him… Honestly ive had enough 🙃

I had 2 hospital appointments. One saying my disability has declined alot quicker than they hoped, the next to tell me the surgery i need has a high death risk but i need to have the higher risk for that surgery. Wanted a nice afternoon with my nieces, but got attacked by a man
