In non teaching news. Im happy to announce that I will be representing Scotland next weekend in Manchester. This is a very proud moment for me and a massive credit to the university for the support they’ve given me to learn and still participate to a high level

My time at Galashiels Academy has sadly come to an end. I didn’t think one place could change my view on teaching so much, but after 10 weeks it’s nice to see I’m on the right career path. A big thank you to the staff and pupils for taking me in and making me feel welcome.

Honoured to accept the group and individual award for Excellence in Student Experience at Moray House. I hope to carry this same commitment to community as I start my probationary year @BoroughmuirPE in August.

A muddy but enjoyable day down at Meggetland for a friendly rugby match against CurrieCHS. Both S2 boys and U14 girls played very well against a tough opponent and both every player did both their schools proud with their positive attitude. Also nice to debut our new kit

Well done to our S.1 boys team who won a dramatic Scottish Schools' Football Association 3rd round tie against a very good Larbert High School HWB team. Goals from Dylan, Hugo (2) and Martin sees us through to the last 16 in the New Year. Well done boys and enjoy your holidays! ⚽️🏆
