Day 30 of #drawingaugust Stopped for a drink in Toulouse and started drawing. The proprietor put the canopy part way out so I changed my drawing to include it. Then she put it all the way out so I gave up as it obscured much of what I was drawing! #vacances #toulouse sketchbook

The last day of #drawingaugust 2024. A beautifully crumbling old boulangerie in Carcassonne. I wanted to add colour but today was the day I left my watercolours behind. Thank you for all the likes and retweets, I have so enjoyed drawing and looking at everyone else’s offerings.

I’ve finished #drawingaugust and successfully managed 2 x 20 minute wildflower drawings every day. I set myself a challenge of using unfamiliar pastels & pens too,and now have a huge sense of achievement. Thanks everyone for the lovely supportive comments-I really appreciate it😊

I really enjoyed this year's #DrawingAugust. You never know where it will take you. Thank you for all the lovely feedback, and thanks to all the other artists sharing and inspiring through the month.
