#FOX5DC at 10/11. I also JUST got off the phone with a bagel shop owner in NYC who said he got hit last month in the EXACT same way and is convinced based on Pearl's Bagels post that it was the same guy. Hat & handwriting appear to be a match. NYC on left DC on right.
