Yesterday I delivered a productivity workshop for the UK Government via Singapore for their Asia Pacific team. It focussed on techniques for high performing teams, including how to say no. Refreshing that across all languages and cultures present, saying no to others is hard.

And equally, that knowing when to say no to ourselves is often even harder
