The highlight of my day was ending an email with "regards" instead of "kind regards"... that makes it sound like my day was really boring. It wasn't. I just take a lot of pleasure in secret email translations. Next, I'm going to pull out the "per my last email"

Another Manchester Writing School assignment submitted. When I'm panicking just before submitting, I ask myself "can I do any more?". If the answer is no, submit. If the answer is yes, still submit but cry while doing it. Thankfully the answer was no this time. Now back to my dissertation!

Very happy with my writer self this week. Received 72/100 and 75/100 for my teaching creative writing module assignments. Over 8000 words of my 15000 word dissertation written

Almost at my word count! I was on 10,000 out 15,000 words at half 4 today, now I'm on 14,581!

So I have a puppy now, and she's currently sleeping on my lap. It was so cute because she was running between her bed and me like "I want sleep and cuddles. What do I do?" So I got a blanket and she curled up and now I can't move, what a shame
