Self-evaluating against the effectiveness of learning, teaching & assessment is essential to ensuring high standards of mathematics education. Exciting work is in early testing stages to develop a resource to drive curriculum improvement, designed with the system, for the system.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the journey, contributing to the development of this resource, with some fantastic colleagues and practitioners from around Scotland.

A productive week working with headteachers, middle leaders & local authority QI teams exploring context specific strategy & policy. Looking forward to supporting this important work in the months ahead- where? what? why? & how? to maximise impact.
