Completed my first 5k, lost 1.5 stone (half my target weight loss) and I feel great! Happy Friday Y'all

Today I've completed the BBC Couch to 5k. If like me the most you've run is to catch the last train home, I can't recommend this app enough. I was 3 stone overweight at the start so cut back on the snacks and alcohol. I'm not there yet but I can run 5k in a little over 30 mins.
