Something’s cooking

it doesn’t do much emulating yet, but I implemented RAM, the registers, and the status register utils.

rn I’m working on the logs/console because I want this emulator to be embeddable, so we need a little bit more than a simple “Console.WriteLine”.

honestly this isn’t a bad idea. maybe it could help, even just a bit, with misinformation. if people actually read stuff before blindly sharing it, they would maybe get a better idea of what they were taking about

Super happy to share a new CsWinRT milestone: now builds with 0 trim/AOT warnings, ie. it's fully AOT compatible! We also got the NativeAOT size in our WinRT component sample down to just 2063 KB! github.com/microsoft/CsWi… was the last piece of the puzzle 🚀

nitzu i found it in a DLL in the longhorn setup, it's 'GLASSEFFECT' inside the dll which contains the rest of the resources for the Windows Shell, turns out its a heavily commented file containing the exact shader used for glass, with dev comments explaining what every thing does :D

Internal build 27600 should start compiling fairly soon.

This is how Windows looked 20000 builds numbers ago

Here's a much better demo by Breece Walker showcasing sharing input/interaction through InteractionTracker across processes, not just visuals!

The NT kernel is amazing. It’s a great platform, that, in many ways is better engineered than its competitors like Linux or Darwin. It’s such a shame that people don’t understand this.
