Call Delta to rebook my flight because it won't let me do it online and get told there's a 4 minute wait... 15 minutes later I'm still on hold and get disconnected... I call back and now there's a 30 minute wait. Great. Thanks so much for wasting my time. Do better Delta.

Asked my Delta representative to rebook my flight from tomorrow morning to tonight.. they verified that there's a flight leaving DC TONIGHT at 8pm.... when I get my confirmation it's for a flight leaving DC TOMORROW at 8pm... 🤦🏻‍♀️ now we get to start the process all over... 🙄

When the Delta rep that was changing your flight rebooks you on the wrong flight, fixes it, PROMISES you won't be double charged, and you get double charged. So now you're going back and forth between Delta and your credit card trying to dispute the charge 🙄😒 THANKS SO MUCH.

Leaving this morning was a little extra bitter because I knew that if things had gone a little differently this could have been a one way trip and I could now be setting up Christmas in my new apartment🥺

Nothing like your Delta chat representative transferring you over to someone and now over an hour later still no response from ANYONE on their end. It's not like I have a flight tomorrow that I can't check in to because I "don't have a ticket" even though I have a seat assigned.
