Call in from a member of the public after seeing a driver swigging from a bottle of wine and then colliding into a pedal cycle locked to a lamp post! The local Casualty Reduction Officer responded to find the driver was drunk, with a roadside reading of 92u/g…the limit is 35u/g

This Sprinter was stopped in @GMPBoltonCentre by #XT11 due to the condition of the vehicle. Numerous defects-doors being held shut by a screwdriver, bald tyre, missing wing mirrors and a cracked windscreen! Found to have no insurance. Prohibited PG9. Seized & reported. #opvortex
