Anas Sarwar If you are so interested in the judgement of the Scottish people, why do you fight tooth and nail to avoid a referendum ?

Anas Sarwar Dear o dear. Talk about hypocrisy! Why are Tories, both Red and Blue, so scared of the answer they deny the Scots their democratic right to revisit the Indy question? Democracy cannot be lifted and laid just when it suits the union.

Anas Sarwar You sound like every dictator that ever lived - you'd have an election where our only choice was Labour. We voted for who we wanted to govern for five years - stop disrespecting the electorate with your childish, selfish, tantrums.

Anas Sarwar This is what the Scottish Parliament would look like if the election in Scotland was First Past The Post as in UK elections... Just so's you know.

Anas Sarwar I hope that every WASPI woman in Scotland is made aware of what the Scottish Labour Party did or, more accurately, what they didn't do.
How they could choose to abstain on such an issue of obvious unfairness to these women is simply incredible.

Chris Musson And the alternative...?
Labour are not even in power but are planning their ongoing record of failure.
Labour have repeatedly betrayed women on equal pay and pensions. Now Starmer is attacking workers rights.
Labour is not for Scotland

Bruce P In terms of the Scotland headlines,
I find it bizarre that, in just 8 years, we've had
6 UK PMs,
6 UK chancellors of the exchequers,
8 UK foreign secretaries,
8 UK home secretaries, yet we have ONE vote of no confidence in Scotland & all of a sudden
WE are the ones in crisis??
