Great to participate in the panel discussion today on micromobility in Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz. Sharing the #Gibraltar experience, creating segregated bicycle infrastructure to support a sustainable alternative means of moving & encouraging more children to cycle

The stark contrast between the freedom to be able to travel by car whenever & wherever you want to and the ideology of those that want the shackles of open public space, green areas and liveable streets The Lab of Thought

To the chaps driving their Post Office van & hooting at me a few times as I cycled to work this morning, sorry for adopting the controlled position on the road which didn’t allow you to overtake me. I was merely protecting myself #gibraltar This is why we need more bicycle lanes

Thoughts today are with the 79 year old cyclist who died inside Dudley Ward Tunnel while on a bicycle tour of the rock. Such sad news #gibraltar #cycling #bicycle

This is interesting — “The Hidden Wealth of Cities” by the World Bank, on how the PUBLIC SPACES in cities are a great economic investment and asset rather than a cost or liability. But too many cities aren’t taking smart advantage of the economic benefits. openknowledge.worldbank.org/server/api/cor…
