What a busy but great weekend for FDR XC/TF at Ocean Breeze. Congrats to our medalists: Ajani Barnes in soph long jump, Dafina Berisha in weight throw, Olivia Peek in racewalk, and Marina Scott in the soph 400 and 200. Marina also broke her own FDR school record in the 200!

It was a great night for FDR XC/TF at the Armory for the Section 9 State Qualifier. Huge shoutout and congratulations to Lawrence Joyner and Marina Scott who broke school records in the 300m and qualified for the NY State Track & Field Championships!

The Big East Conference, in the football driven world, reminds everybody yet again that they not only prioritize basketball but win at the highest level in it. The league is about to win its 4th national title in the last 8 NCAA Tournaments.

Saturdays are for Cross Country! Lots of personal bests against great competition today at the Mount Academy Invitational. Hard work is starting to pay off for the squad!
