It’s sad to see the genuine ones in a community feeling forgotten. Reciprocation is everything. It takes a community. It takes a team. If either is lacking, the mechanism binds and jams and causes wear on the motor. Not allowing either to properly play their part.

I should add it’s just as sad to see genuine team members feeling drained. Reciprocation is a 2-way street.
