Close to a $1M week before black friday is pretty good. We'll see if there's still juice left or if the deals starting so early evens everything out.

Has anyone ever done the calculation of how much a Vine review's rating affects average rating vs a normal review/rating? I think it's worth about 5x less, so basically it's useful to launch products but you can't use it to prop up poor organic ratings

Paul (@paulsaintecom) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Many sellers are afraid of using Vine, but apart from some very limited exceptions, and after having enroll literally 10 000 units in Vine, on average you'll get better reviews than organic ones.

Probably our biggest week ever in the company's history. The entire team pushed really hard this year so it's nice to see it pay off. (will stop posting and get back to work)

really good december for us, also weirdly good days right now. I think in general the advantage of Amazon being a fucking pain to work with, is that there's not much new competition

Strong Jan for us. Mostly because for the past 6 months we've been launching a shit ton. Overall I suspect the demand/supply on Amazon is pretty flat.

Pretty good feb => do more of what works, less of what doesn't. Also lost $15k in a pricing mistake in Sweden and got sued by a patent troll (we won).

Still pretty strong April. Now EU is growing faster than the US for us. Hopefully US tariffs go down to a reasonable level and are actually properly enforced. But IMO most western sellers are over-indexing on the Chinese winning because they are cheating. They are mainly

Still going strong, margins also up. We have a very good success rate, but because of the sheer scale of products we launch at any given time we have dozens of issues to deal with. Another interesting things is that when the workload was much less, there was a lot of

June Monthly update 51 launches in June (this also accounts for variations), overall very high success rate outside the US. But the US launches tend to be pretty mediocre, they rarely totally fail but somehow don't exceed EU sales which wasn't the case a few months back. Not

Decent prime day for us but, IMO most sellers are doing prime day wrong. Better to avoid low-margins deals, and better to limit PPC. Otherwise you're just playing a losing game. The real usefulness of prime day (or prime week, soon prime month) is using it to regulate excess

Overall prime day was pretty disappointing, still a solid month though. YoY growth is pretty weak because at this time last year we sold a lot of expensive seasonal products, that turned out to be short-lived.

Looking for a DTC operator We're going to do $45 to $50M this year, 99% Amazon. We have our design & engineering team, so on some of our products we're actually innovating, and we've been running successful kickstarters : kickstarter.com/projects/klimt… We're getting strong ROAS on

Pretty disappointing Black Friday for us, not entirely sure why. Probably a combo of - PEs having less visibility - We run almost no PPC (1.5% TACOS) - We now avoid products that are very seasonal - Weakish demand? One positive is that our margins are 3 to 4 pts higher than

BF was weak for us but December is making up for it. Running extremely minimal PPC (1.5% TACOS & 8% ACOS), almost no deal/discount. 2025 was a great year, +45% growth, almost doubled profitability. But there was nothing special about it, just a repetition of : 1. Focusing on

Decent January. Dealt with a lot of bullshit (hi Amazon, hi Italian tax authorities, hi VAT service providers). Though 1 valuable skill I've acquired over the past 10 years of dealing with this kind of stuff is : 1. Not letting yourself get dragged emotionally by the bullshit

Good February. Not sure why 2 days are missing. I think february brought 2 big short term & 1 big long term changes to amazon FBA. The 2 short term changes are : 1. now all products of a variation can rank on the same kw => this will main dominant listings even more dominant =>
