Seeing a lot of papers around T cell therapies that can repair all sorts of immune and other systems injuries that we can't heal directly. Long Covid patients certainly suffer from central nervous system injuries so this looks promising. nature.com/articles/s4158…

They note that Long Covid has PEM, used fatigue as a proxy for it, didn't try to measure PEM and just exercised people anyway. These people aren't going to stop doing this even after all the real research done over the past 5 years. frontiersin.org/journals/physi…

The growth in the /r/covidlonghailers sub has been linear since the beginning. There are many factors leading into that measure to infer much from it, but there are no indications subscriptions are slowing.

For 150 years, far-right demagogues have behaved in eerily consistent ways. Yet every time one emerges, we act as if we've never seen such a thing before, and we have no idea how to respond. My column on the startling lessons we can learn from history. theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

I am very wary of PROMs because its one of the ways that the BPS cabal has managed to get CBT and GET pushed onto the very ill once again with Long Covid and historically with ME. The pursuit of diagnostics and biomarkers should be the focus.
