That's usually one of the things I say when I pitch Dokkument. Collaboration and curation are very very powerful tools if used wisely. Knowledge management in orgs (and the web in general) can hugely benefit from Wikipedia's ideas

That's a good step and more and more tools adopt this "subscribe" to folder feature. But if this is easy to get using Slack, it is much more difficult for a knowledge base tool.

Yoz Grahame There are a lot of very different questions to answer here. KM is 90% about people and 10% about the tool (numbers are my own). Lack of documentation, decisions on Slack, no documentation can't be solved by any tool. This is a culture "problem". There is actually only one way

Unfortunately, this is not by default, so nobody is going to use it. And marks are not preserved between words, so if you have three words to write in bold, you'll have to write __my __three __words. But I guess it shows once more that Google is afraid of Notion
