Very happy to decorate a bauble for Winston's Wish today to be hung at their Christmas parties. I mean the message, it does all get brighter, said as someone who joined the dead mum club nearly 23yrs ago. It never goes away, but it time will do its thing and joy creeps in 🤍

I remember taking my children to visit Santa a few months after their mum died. As always, Santa asked them what they wanted. My son said, "Can you bring Mummy back?" I'd written to Santa ahead of our visit explaining our circumstances, so he was ready with a beautiful reply. 1/2
