The most appropriate guidance ( I never provide advice ) avoid the organisations chosen route and still remain netural and impartial. Is this a problem for other EDI Leads ?

I agree Leon, I feel EDI professionals are caught up in systems that highlight the inadequacy of the organisations ability to deal with these issues appropriately. I have found myself in this position on several occasions in recent months and of course in the past.
