Second generation - life long USAA customer. Perfect driving record. Tonight = First time I’ve ever made a call to #USAA. It was the worst customer service ever. Pathetic. I’ve never complained on social media about poor service from any company. But USAA was ridiculously awful.

I’m sorry, too. I’ve always held USAA in high regard. Paid thousands $ in premiums for many years. Never gave it a second thought. All it took was one call to their customer (lack of) service & that bubble was burst. I hope they recorded the call & listen to it - embarrassing.
