Today is 15 years since my first brain surgery. The surgery was successful and I had survived brain cancer, so I thought. Now things look a lot different but I survived cancer. I always be a survivor.

The wonderful Matthew Pullan tried to get 10,000 steps every day through his 3rd program of radiotherapy. It’s on his spine this time so it’s not been feasible but we’re all sending him ours. Tomorrow is his last session so if you count your steps, pls send to Matthew our hero

Sadly at 1733 tonight Matthew Pullan died of his awful disease which he faced with dignity and determination. He's gone to join his Mum who's birthday would have been tomorrow Thank you to everyone who has followed and supported him through this part of his life
