4 weeks post spinal surgery and back at a spin class. 1st time in years I’ve been pain free tho definitely not sweat free 🥵 during & after the class. So many thanks to the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde fabulous QEUH surgery team and even more of a shout out to the awesome physios. Happy Xmas all!
