2/4 Their “investigation” was supposedly ongoing while collections department sent credit rating threats. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. Absolute shambles.

3/4 Hours wasted getting bank statements, writing appeals, escalating to management. All for parking that WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. How is this legal?

4/4 @ManAirport when will you hold your contractors accountable? This is damaging your reputation. Paying customers shouldn’t face harassment. #CustomerService #Disgraceful
