Proud to present our latest paper led by Iguaracy Pinheiro-de-Sousa from our group EMBL-EBI and Miriam Fonceca-Alaniz in the Krieger group in the Incor Heart Institute in Brazil where we identified endothelial dysfunction network signatures and identified candidate drug targets.

New tool alert from our group EMBL-EBI! Developed by Alessandro Lussana 🇺🇦, PhosX takes advantage of the latest PSSMs from Johnson et al, 2023 nature to calculate more accurate kinase activities from phosphoproteomics data. S/T kinases only for now, but Y to come once PSSMs are available.
