What a mess. Email to say we won coronation concert tickets absolutely amazing but despite ‘two days to confirm’ apparently no tickets were available. At no point told we were only ever in ballot to get in queue which didn’t exist. Utter let down BBC News (UK) Sky News The Royal Family

Apparently we ‘won’ a pair of tickets to the coronation concert which we have to claim by the 27th April. Five minutes after receiving the email the ticket master website says no tickets available. How do I ‘claim’ the tickets Ticketmaster CS ?
