That time when Robert F. Kennedy Jr called factory farming a "soulless industry" responsible for "unspeakable and systematic animal cruelty..." Now he has the power to do something about it ... the only question is whether he also has the courage to.

I don't have much faith in nutrition studies. But if this study had found what the meat industry intended it to -- that plant protein is worse for building muscle -- it would have been all over the media and X. Instead, silence.
