Got a call Monday wife was in the ER for a possible stroke. Ruled that out & got transferred to McKennan in SF. After bunch of tests she had brain surgery yesterday to remove a tumor & is in ICU now. Hug your loved ones, life can throw a big curveball.

After 24 days in the hospital, they allowed us out on a two hour outing today. Was nice not to be locked down for a bit.

So a few people have been wondering about the Mrs. She was diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma brain cancer. Doctors have given her around 12 months. If you have a miracle stashed in your back pocket, she sure could use it.

Well, we are a week in on chemo & radiation. Only 5 more weeks to go. So far the Mrs has been tolerating it quite well. Daughter snapped from happier times. Can't believe she's going to have to go through the same shit I did with my mom 25 years later.

For those that have followed along on my wife’s cancer journey, she had rapid deterioration of her condition since Easter Sunday. She was admitted to our local old folks home in the comfort and care hospice suite. She fought the good fight.

Lost my everything this afternoon. The cancer can no longer hurt her anymore.
