1/5 Excited to announce the launch of a transformative project aimed at enhancing the capacity of youth in Kawempe and Nakawa divisions.This is a collaboration between BetterManProject Initiative Kaw. Ug , Uganda Media Women's Association & Bukoto Community Development Fund supported by Children's Rights and Violence Prevention Fund under the EYDCD program

2/5 Project Overview This initiative focuses on equipping youth in Kawempe and Nakawa with essential skills in entrepreneurship, vocational training & market linkages. By providing these resources the project aims to reduce youth vulnerability & promote economic self-sufficiency

3/5 Vocational Training & Entrepreneurship Youth participants will receive training in various vocational skills, including tailoring, carpentry, and automotive repair. Additionally, entrepreneurship modules will empower them to start and manage their own businesses effectively.

4/5 Digital Financial Inclusion A key component of the project is the digitization of youth-led Village Savings & Loan Associations (VSLAs).This approach enhances access to financial services & products from local financial institutions promoting financial inclusion among youths
