£423bn has been stripped from the NHS. Public services have been deliberately dismantled and underfunded by successive governments. This is why hospitals are leaking; this is why doctors are leaving. Austerity was a decision, fairly paying doctors £23/hr can be one too.

The only person covering doctors work should be those with a primary medical qualification. Not someone with a 2 year, one day a week course and some "experiance" Patients deserve better We cant allow doctor replacement to continue. I will fight against it.
