The “stop Pompeo” movement is great but it’s not enough. Right now we need maximum pressure to keep all neocons and war hawks out of the Trump administration. They have had their time at the table and brought nothing but disaster to the world and this country. America First:

The system is rigged as Dutch says but the bigger kicker is that hospitals get better insurance contracts, have huge upside of hospital based billing, which has very high facility fees that a private clinic does not, many hospitals also are critical access rural hospitals and get

I don't know who needs to hear this but being over 50 is amazing. Most of the stuff that held us back in our thirties and forties doesn't matter anymore. You can just be you. It's so freeing.

I met a 100-year-old man today. He said he loves life and could just sit outside and watch ants in their anthill and love every minute of it. He told me some pretty sad things that happened in his life, but then said he had more good than bad experiences. What a gift!

Due process of law in the context of deportations exists first and foremost to protect American citizens from wrongful deportations. The only way to protect Americans from executive mistakes or abuses is to provide due process to anyone facing deportation. This is basic logic.

After thinking about this, I realize one possible solution to the elimination of the need for a large percent of labor is to fund programs to help turn laborers into small business owners leveraging AI tools to do so. I bet it would be cheaper to fund such a program than to fund

One cool aspect of travel nursing is the way it has forced me to prioritize what I buy and keep. I have to limit my belongings to what can fit in my car. Forced minimalism, if you will.
