Listened to BBC Radio 4 news today.
A piece on global coral bleaching & deaths; all seemed well reported.
But at the end was an interview with a scientist doing lab breeding of heat resistant coral, which gave a 'there is hope; we have solutions!' feel.

The article seems to have given up on government policies to reduce demand.
More of a wait and hope for a technofix solution.
