Nick Baumgardner Earlier when they called “illegal contact” on Detroit but ignored the intentional grounding on a throw from Dak to absolutely no one the ESPN rules official told Aikman “do you really want to open that can of worms?” The broadcast’s gaslighting was outrageous.

Yeah I’m not missing anything lol Skipper is Detroit’s regular jumbo OT that usually reports. They sent 3 to the ref to confuse the defense and the ref forgot and went into his default mental check where Skipper is in the game. He assumed. And got it wrong. And that’s that.

All things considered here I’d expect a really focused Detroit club moving forward. Not just because of the outcome and the fact they don’t lose two in a row. But because Dallas needed that game more than Detroit did and if an official who can hear was working they’d have won

Texas Tech was ELECTRIC. What an atmosphere in Lubbock, Texas. You have a Championship contender when you can run the ball and get after the QB. 372 yards rushing, 9 sacks and 14 TFLs. Texas Tech is a problem for ANYONE.
