School workforce data is out🚨 🔺Number of teachers leaving 1 year after qualifying in 2021 increased to 12.8% (up from 12.5% in 2020) 🔺Classroom teacher vacancies 2120 (up from 1368 in 21/22) 🔺Teacher sickness absences above pre-pandemic levels 67.5% in 21/22 (54.1% 18/19)
